All assessments, quizzes, archetype profiles, dimensional matrices, and reports provided across YouMetrics are designed strictly for educational entertainment, qualitative introspection, journaling, and personal reflection. They do NOT constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical evaluations, diagnosis, or treatment. YouMetrics is not a mental health provider. If you are experiencing psychological distress or seek clinical care, please consult a qualified mental health professional.

The content, scoring algorithms, question hierarchies, graphic design, layout, editorial text, archetype definitions, and software code on YouMetrics are the proprietary intellectual property of YouMetrics. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and complete the assessments for personal, non-commercial use, and to export or share generated archetype cards on social media provided proper attribution is maintained.

When utilizing the Service, you agree not to: (a) engage in automated data scraping, crawling, or algorithmic extraction without prior written consent; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the platform infrastructure; (c) bypass security controls or rate limits; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

YouMetrics may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense banners) or include links to external research sources and partner sites. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, content, privacy practices, or commercial offerings of any third-party websites or services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, YouMetrics, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or reliance on any assessment outcomes.
